Across diverse markets, communication must balance consistency with local relevance. The objective is not simply to produce content, but to build a communication engine that supports strategy across brands, platforms, and regions.

Our role

We partner with MultiChoice as an embedded IMC lead – managing content, coordination, and communication architecture for key brands including DStv, GOtv and Showmax across Rest of Africa.

The approach

We built a structured system:

  • Map audience behaviour across markets
  • Govern monthly editorial calendars aligned to campaign cycles cultural moments
  • Oversee written, visual, and video production grounded in brand strategy
  • Provide reporting and recommendations to continuously refine direction

This approach treats media as an ecosystem – integrating traditional and digital channels to meet audiences where they are.
